The essence of coaching is

Coaching is a partnership between me, your coach and you. It’s a safe, non-
judgemental space, dedicated to you. It is a confidential container where you can look
inside and work towards what you truly want and where you want to be in your life.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid paying for a scheduled coaching session.
Cancellations for HR Services and Training will be set out specifically in the terms provided for that service.
Group and individual coaching are offered both online, individual coaching programs and coaching VIP days can be held in person, subject to location.
Coaching sessions will typically last around 60 minutes. Sessions will be conducted virtually via video calls or, occasionally, in person.
During the session, I will ask you some questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you’re unhappy with and where you’d like to see yourself in the future. Although I will work with you, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don’t feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately in a safe space.
This is a safe online place where everyone is working on their own menopause journeys and is perfect for women to collaborate and thrive together.
Group Coaching Sessions will typically last between 60-90 minutes (depending on the size of the group). Sessions will be conducted online via zoom. Before each group session, you’ll receive a link via email to the weekly virtual session and will have access to an online portal where you can download resources relevant to the content of the plan.
During the session, I will ask the group some reflective questions and you will consider your own situation and we will explore options to help you move forward. As part of your journey, you will be asked to complete a weekly reflection, this is to aid your own learning and growth. Most clients find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and are motivated to hear the creative ways others are working through their menopause journey.
All of our Group coaching sessions are recorded and so if you are unable to attend, you will be able to work through the recorded session in your own time.
What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.
I fully understand the value of your trust, and take every precaution to safeguard it. I will provide you with a detailed description of the ethical code that governs every client-coach relationship I enter. This document not only places our standards before you in plain text, but also codifies my commitment to you, the client, and your progress.
If attending group coaching sessions, you only need to share what you are willing to share and we remind everyone of the confidentially required each week in the group session.
Multiple payments methods are available including online payments via credit card or e-transfer.
I am a qualified Women’s Life Coach; I have a Menopause Coaching diploma and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a Positive Psychology Practitioner, bringing all these learnings and tools into my coaching practice.
